Product Design Engineer, Sparky's Distribution

●Responsible for all design concepts and technical drawings for three individual brands including The Shadow Conspiracy, Subrosa Brand Bicycles, and Rant components

● Conceptualized and engineered the Shadow Interlock Half-Link Bicycle Chain, recognized as one of the top selling and most durable BMX bicycle chains in BMX history
● Oversee all product design processes including original design, sampling and testing
● Manage development of comprehensive testing on all prototype and completed products
● Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and metrology
● Responsible for regularly visiting and overseeing the manufacturing process of various products produced in Taiwan
● Mastery of Solidworks, AutoCAD, and Fusion 360 to design and analyze new product ideas. Create project briefs and pitch to management for approval
● Actively participate in the set-up, documentation and tracking of projects and timelines via Project Management Software
● Analyze product sales data for all bicycle parts sold by the Company to identify and determine re-designs that will result in increased sales
